Theatre and Concerts trips are listed below and on the Events page. Details are also given in Upstream. Details include: the performance venue, the cost, how to book, deadline for payment, travel arrangements and departure time. NB: Where coach transport is provided, the price includes driver’s gratuity; theatre/performance tickets are given out on the coach.

We usually (but not always) book matinée performances. Departure times are planned so as to allow you to have free time at the destination (to get something to eat or sightsee or shop) before the performance begins. Be aware that, in London particularly, traffic conditions may curtail the amount of time available before the performance so please be prepared to be flexible. In all cases, the coach drop-off point will be as close as possible to where you will be picked up after the performance. Bear in mind, however, that this may not be directly outside the performance venue and may involve walking a short distance. If you think you are likely to need assistance on the day, do let us know beforehand so that we can plan accordingly.
